Meet CEO of pesit Group & Executive Director of Radiant Africa Youth Initiative (RAYI).

We present to you RADIANT EKEMINI TOM.

Radiant Ekemini Tom is a dynamic youth leader and a fast rising entrepreneur; founding President and Executive Director of Radiant African Youth Initiative (RAYI) and CEO of Pesit Group, with sub-divisions in media, advertising, events management, technology and consumables.

He is a multi-gifted individual; a motivational speaker, graphic designer, project manager, events manager, serial entrepreneur, MC/Comedian etc.

Ekemini was born on June 14, 1992 and hails from Akwa Ibom State in Nigeria. He is an undergraduate of Electronics & Computer Technology in the University of Calabar.

His passion for youths and teenagers led him to founding RAYI (formerly known as The Radiation Planet-TRAP) in 2011.
He has since developed into an inspirational speaker and project initiator whose workshops, projects, talk-shows and conferences have reached out to thousands of secondary school students and also thousands of University students.
He often gives out free books to secondary school students during his "Building-A-Reading-Culture" campaign for secondary school students while also encouraging leadership and entrepreneurial spirit in the young teenagers.

He recently launched a project called Project ISEX which aims to instill a purpose driven godly life in the minds of our teenagers and youths.

He has also volunteered for some community services and charity works such as CleanUp Ajegunle project, FeedOne Project, etc.

On daily basis, evaluating the mistakes and decisions most young people make is one of his driving force into effecting change.

He believes so much in self-discovery, purpose and people; while integrity and excellence are his guiding principles.

One of his motivating factor lies in these words, "What wins the fight is not the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the dog".

As recognition for his efforts he has been featured in Vanguard newspaper and online magazines such as ejournal Africa, The Stella People's Africa project, 9ineteen Networks, and other online youth based magazines.
